Wedding, Event Photography by
Powell’s
Photography
All details of the wedding & event
coverage will be planned in consultation with the client.
Powell’s Photography (The Company) shall
be the sole professional (still) photographers at the venues specified.
Powell’s Photography will edit every photo
and deliver what he considers to be the best of every situation covered.
As a result, contact sheets (or their
digital equivalent) will only be supplied to the client in exceptional circumstances.
Images of no value, i.e. Pictures with poor expressions,
blinking etc shall
be deleted.
If bought in products (for example,
albums or photo mounts) (are in the unlikely event) not available to the exact
specification as initially discussed
items of equal
quality will be substituted.
In the event of illness or incapacity
which would prevent Powell’s Photography from carrying out the commission
We will make every effort to find a
replacement photographer but no guarantee can be given.
If a replacement photographer cannot
be made available liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies
paid.
Every care is taken in photographing
and processing using professional materials. In the unlikely
event of total
photographic failure i.e. during exposure or processing, the photographer's
liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid.
Neither party shall be liable for
indirect consequential loss.
A
deposit of £100 will be required at the time of booking (Weddings only) the
selected service.
The
deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the wedding service. The
deposit is not refundable in the event of cancellation.
If a
cancellation is received less than TWO MONTHS prior to the wedding date, the
full amount will be payable.
The
booking is not confirmed until a full deposit is received.
All
packages are to be paid in full 4 – 6 weeks before the selected wedding date.
A fee
of £15.00 will be made for each account reminder, duplicate invoice, or any
other paperwork, correspondence or phone calls involved with the perusal of a
debt.
This
fee is non-refundable, and represents the additional time spent pursuing
overdue invoices.
Powell’s Photography reserves the
right to use any images taken during the day for publicity or marketing
purposes.
PAYMENT
Payment should be made by cash,
cheque or Paypal Cheques payable to M. Powell.
Please do not send any cash through
the post.
COPYRIGHT
The Copyright of all the photographs
produced is retained by Powell’s Photography and it is a criminal offence to
make copies from them by any means,
including video under
the terms of the COPYRIGHT LAW
